PRIVACY
At Swift Travel Service it is our policy to offer Swift and effecient service. Your travel arrangments are held in strict confidence unless stated otherwise. None of the information submitted on any of our forms will be used outside of Swift Travel Service..

Your privacy is extended even to our on-line services. The information you submit in our on-line service is for your viewing and yours only. We have no access to it.

However, should you request a ticket with a payment option of a credit card, the credit card number will be forwarded to us to complete the transaction.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by cash, cheque or credit card and is usually due upon issuance of ticket. We also accept Republic Banks Bonus Points to pay for tickets as we are an authorized agent for them.

N.B. Should you decide you are paying with your credit card we would need to have the credit card info before issuing the ticket as there is a different format to issuing the ticket when using the credit card. Please advise us of your preferred form of payment.

Certain credit facilities are available upon request and approval from Management

STAFF

It is the policy of the company, in the fulfillment of its overall objective, to provide its staff with the opportunity to acquire or develop the knowledge, skills, techniques and experience which will enable them to carry out their present jobs satisfactorily, or to prepare them for greater responsibilities. The company will make the arrangements for appropriate formal training in-house or externally, if the necessary skills, knowledge or experience cannot be acquired on the job.
